Born to Teachers and Amateur Audio Enthusiasts in the small rural community of Belwood, Jack's first love was stories- writing, reading, telling, and singing. He developed his acting skills through High School, University, and through film and community theatre.
Jack writes the lion's share of Sonic Cinema Production's (previously Electric Vicuna) Audio Drama scripts and has his own writing site at www.jackjward.com. Jack also is the middle of book writing, screenplay production, and is the CEO of the Mutual Audio Network- where he and the best people in the world Listen & Imagine, Together!.
He's thrilled to co-host the Sonic Society with his wonderful, talented, friend David Ault as they enter their second decade in the medium!

Jack, Jeff & Lothar are back with their continued look at OTR in this season’s Science Fiction collection! This week it’s from Rod Serling’s 70s series “Zero Hour” with “Sky Lab are you there?”
We’re back to Sunday Showcase’s Mutual Presents as a great summer rejoiner with Sonic Summerstock. This week our two features from Mutual Radio Theater are “The Lover Of Silence” and “The Legend Of Gibson Holler”!
Sonic Summerstock is back with another grand performance from a Summerstock favourite- John Bell of John Bell LLC and The Batfry brings us “Red Ryder”! Enjoy a classic Red Ryder radio episode, made a little less classic!
William Shatner began his acting career on radio in Canada when he was quite young. Born in 1931, he would have been around 15 years old in 1946.
He started performing on CBC Radio in Montreal, even before he went to university. This early experience in radio laid the groundwork for his extensive career in acting, eventually leading him to become a global icon as Captain Kirk in “Star Trek.”
The moral of the story is that audio has always been a training ground as much as a career for great artists.
It’s summer! And this week with Mutual Presents we’re back to celebrate with the kiddies with Saturday Story Circle’s addition to our feature with another grand Superman serial. This time it’s the serial where Superman took on the KKK and won in real life with “The Adventure of the Clan of the Fiery Cross”!
Host Lothar brings the BBC production “We Can Remember it For You Wholesale“, Jeff and Jack join in with more grand Amigo fun!
The Sonic Summerstock Playhouse is open for Season 16! Host David Ault brings us our first incredible incredible performance with Jeffrey Billard’s Audio Groove Cat Productions bringing us “The Defenders” and X-Minus One science fiction feature! To escape war and radioactive fallout, societies have moved underground and constructed robots to keep the war going on the surface.
