The Narada Radio Company returns for their seventh smash summer, with the first of two old-time radio remakes. Director Pete Lutz presents an extended adaptation of Lux Radio Theatre’s ALGIERS- the story of French jewel thief Pepe Le Moko, who evades capture by hiding in plain sight, in the maze-like Casbah district. When he meets the beautiful Gabrielle, he begins to hate his surroundings — and realizes that he has made his own prison within these ancient walls.
It’s Audio Drama Time with Jack Ward and David Ault as they continue their wintery season with an adaptation of M.R. James “Lost Hearts” an adapted tale from Pete Lutz and produced by Tom Rory Parsons. Followed up by a special Christmas feature from Neon Nights and Will Snyder!
The ground splits open, flames burst from the nether-Earth and The Railroad Hobo finds himself on the tracks watching the oncoming fury of the Transcontinental Terror!
This week the extended circuit includes “Help Me” from John Bell, “White Zombie” from Pete Lutz, “The Red-Headed Girl” from Rachel Pulliam, and “Plague Studies” by Jack J. Ward and John Bell. Hold tight to your belongings and your tickets please, the train is racing to the station!

The worrisome whistle brings us William Anderson’s “Bump in the Night” followed by CNY Table Read’s rendition of “Duel” by Jack J. Ward, and ending with “What the Cat Dragged In” from Will Anderson and Pete Lutz a 63AudioProduction.
In this first of their three new productions for Transcontinental Terror the Narada Radio Company presents a young couple who take over house-sitting duties in what they think is a quiet neighborhood, but while the woman is home alone, unpacking, waiting for her husband to arrive, she gets some strange visitors, and make a horrifying discovery! A Norwegian folktale dramatized for radio by Louis MacNeice, it tells the tale of a poor young woman and her adventures with a Bear, a Prince, some Trolls, and the Four Winds.

A second short from Pete Lutz and the 11th Hour Productions group called “A Real Bedtime Gory” and a SPECIAL Bells in the Batfry with John Bell rounds out the post-Halloween fun!
